The Consulting Manager will analyze organizational structures, align design with workforce planning, manage change initiatives, and enhance client value through consulting engagements.

Lead planning and execution of large-scale, integrated marketing and advertising programs across social, web, paid, content, and emerging platforms. Act as client partner, mentor project teams, manage budgets and resources, scope and forecast work, resolve cross-disciplinary roadblocks, and ensure projects deliver on time, on budget, and to business objectives.

Support clients through change management initiatives: create roadmaps, lead impact analyses and readiness assessments, manage stakeholders, track program health, develop executive presentations and skilling content, coordinate with teams, apply PM frameworks, and contribute to business development and internal firm activities.
