The Engagement Director will lead AI transformation initiatives, drive workforce enablement, and manage change for clients, ensuring business objectives align with AI strategies.

Partner with business and technology leaders to identify AI opportunities, design and prototype generative AI workflows and agent-based solutions, and support enterprise-scale implementation. The role drives cross-functional transformation execution, establishes AI governance and operating models, measures business impact, optimizes workflows and prompts, and enables adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Supports financial services clients as a forward-deployed business analyst and consultant. Responsibilities include AI-enabled research and analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation support, UAT, stakeholder alignment, workstream ownership, risk tracking, and preparation of executive-ready deliverables. The role also contributes to proposals, business development, and thought leadership while partnering with business, product, data, technology, and client teams.
