Supports legal recruiting operations for the New York office, including summer associate program planning, law student recruiting, application processing, interview scheduling, onboarding, events, reviews, database maintenance, and candidate engagement. Requires collaboration with recruiting teams and firm departments, strong organization, discretion, communication, and the ability to manage competing deadlines during busy recruiting periods.
