The Sales Director will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and lead complex sales processes for Siepe's SaaS and services platform.

Provide first-line technical support for primarily cloud-based financial clients and internal users. Deliver white-glove onsite and remote assistance for workstations, conference rooms, applications, and networking; monitor tickets and alerts, perform routine maintenance, manage AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environments, escalate incidents, maintain inventory, and support implementations and business development as needed.
