Leads Sierra Club’s organization-wide grassroots organizing culture and capacity strategy. Oversees organizing methodology, training curricula, technology adoption, analytics, cross-departmental partnerships, team management, budgeting, and program evaluation. Develops systems and programs that strengthen chapters, staff, volunteers, and national campaigns while advancing equity-driven environmental and social justice goals.

Leads the Beyond Coal Campaign’s strategy, fundraising, donor stewardship, budget, staff supervision, partnerships, media representation, and national and local campaign planning. Develops equitable strategies to transition the power sector from coal and gas to clean energy, manages foundations and major donors, oversees campaign resources and outcomes, mentors up to six staff, and collaborates with internal teams, chapters, volunteers, elected officials, and external partners.

Leads coaching and project management for a portfolio of Sierra Club chapters to strengthen mid- and major-gift fundraising programs. Develops and executes fundraising plans, advises chapter leaders and volunteers, supports grant strategies, coordinates with major gift staff, and cultivates relationships with external funders. The role may manage donor portfolios, facilitate cross-department collaboration, and oversee multiple chapter projects while maintaining donor confidentiality and advancing equitable, relationship-based fundraising.
