Lead Sieve’s end-to-end Shenzhen launch, including regulatory assessment, entity and infrastructure setup, banking, hardware sourcing, hiring, vendor management, and field data-capture operations. Establish SOPs, KPIs, compliance workflows, and operating cadences while coordinating with San Francisco teams. After launch, manage and scale the local operation and develop playbooks for expansion into future markets.
