Leads enterprise customer success strategy, operations, and CSM teams to drive customer value, adoption, retention, expansion, and growth. Develops scalable post-sales processes, monitors customer health and business metrics, mentors high-performing teams, manages escalations, and builds feedback loops with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support. Owns NDR and quarterly objectives while driving organizational change, customer advocacy, and referenceability.

Own revenue operations for a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS sales organization. Responsibilities include operating rhythms, QBRs, annual planning, strategic diagnostics, pipeline analysis, AI-enabled workflow automation, and advising senior sales leadership. The role requires building scalable systems, identifying risks early, improving operational efficiency, and partnering directly with VP-level stakeholders.

Manage post-sales renewals and expansion opportunities for corporate customers. Build stakeholder relationships, partner with Customer Success to reduce attrition and increase adoption, guide customers toward business goals, negotiate contracts, facilitate business reviews, communicate customer insights, and improve internal processes. The role requires strong customer management, negotiation, objection handling, adaptability, and process-management skills.

Lead technical presales by discovering customer needs, building and presenting customized BI demos and prototypes, responding to RFPs/RFIs, supporting integrations and data migrations, and managing multiple customer engagements to drive adoption and sales.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships, drive net dollar retention through upselling, cross-selling, and churn reduction, and develop customer success plans. Guide customers in using Sigma Computing’s analytics platform, advocate for product improvements, and deliver training, webinars, and workshops. The role requires enterprise SaaS or analytics experience, strong data and business intelligence expertise, Spanish fluency, and on-site work in New York City.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts, improve net dollar retention, reduce churn, identify expansion opportunities, and guide customers in adopting Sigma’s analytics platform. Develop success plans, provide analytics and business intelligence expertise, deliver training and workshops, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate with product teams. The role requires SaaS or analytics experience, complex stakeholder management, SQL, ETL, production BI implementation, and startup experience.

Design, build, and operate production data pipelines and architectures across Snowflake and Databricks. Scale demo data across cloud warehouses, partner with infrastructure for high availability, implement data governance, and collaborate cross-functionally to support analytics and GTM use cases.

Design, build, and maintain backend distributed services and APIs for an interactive data-warehouse-backed platform. Use Rust/Go/Node/GraphQL and Kubernetes, triage and debug production issues, optimize systems and SQL, and collaborate in design and code reviews to support a fast-growing cloud application and user base.

Enterprise sales role targeting Mid-Market digital-native accounts in New York. Own the full sales cycle—prospect, qualify, demo, proof of concept, negotiate, and close—while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce. Collaborate with partners and internal teams, travel ~25% across New York and the East Coast, and drive new revenue and customer advocacy in the business intelligence and data analytics space.

Build and maintain compiler infrastructure that converts spreadsheet interactions into optimized SQL for cloud warehouses. Design IRs, apply query optimizations, work in Rust and TypeScript, debug complex issues, and collaborate on architecture and product features.
