Own the full sales cycle—prospect, qualify, demo, proof of concept, negotiate, and close—while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce. Collaborate with partners and internal teams, travel ~25% across New York and the East Coast, and drive new revenue and customer advocacy in the business intelligence and data analytics space.

Lead design and scaling of an enterprise GRC program. Build governance frameworks, run ERM processes, manage third-party risk, and own audit/certification programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA). Support compliance monitoring, security awareness, business continuity, and customer security inquiries to enable sales and protect organizational risk posture.

Manage the full contract lifecycle for commercial agreements, maintain the contract database and templates, support legal operations and General Counsel initiatives, implement process improvements and KPI tracking, and collaborate with finance, operations, and external counsel.
