Manages CMS’s Digital Quality Initiative projects across healthcare, technical, and organizational workstreams. Develops plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and executive reporting; coordinates FHIR interoperability and systems integration activities; manages risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder communication; and supports Agile portfolio alignment, change management, organizational readiness, and adoption. The role facilitates collaboration among CMS leadership, technical teams, contractors, and business stakeholders throughout a complex, multi-year transformation.

Assist with NetSuite configuration, customization, data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and client requirement documentation. Support AI automation development, project deliverables, user guides, training materials, research, and end-user support under senior consultants. The role also involves project management and client communication assistance while developing expertise in cloud ERP consulting.

Generates and qualifies sales leads for Account Executives by engaging prospective clients through phone, email, and marketing campaigns. The representative communicates with decision-makers, evaluates business needs, explains company solutions, supports demand generation, and builds relationships in collaboration with internal teams.
