As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will build long-term client relationships, provide insights for business goals, drive platform engagement, and mitigate churn risks while developing expertise across Similarweb's product offerings.

Serve as strategic Customer Success Manager for institutional investor clients, driving onboarding, training, and product adoption. Analyze digital traffic to produce investor-focused insights and backtests, present findings, mitigate churn, identify upsell opportunities, and act as a subject-matter expert on Similarweb's product suite.

Own full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, prospecting net-new and whitespace within existing customers. Drive expansion and new revenue, engage Director/C-level, manage pipeline in Salesforce, negotiate and close deals, and partner cross-functionally to meet quarterly quotas.
