Build and maintain HumanBase by translating computational biology research into scalable production systems and data pipelines. Design, implement, and optimize genomics and biomedical data processing workflows, integrate ML methods, ensure SDLC best practices, collaborate with scientists, and support production operations and infrastructure improvements.

Lead and improve end-to-end grants administration, supervise Grants Managers and SAM team, manage the SmartSimple-based SAM system, ensure compliance and audit readiness, develop metrics and reporting, drive process improvements, and collaborate with legal, finance, and senior leadership to support efficient, scalable grantmaking.

Lead SFARI's scientific grant portfolio and strategy for autism and neurodevelopmental research. Oversee a team of Scientific Officers, manage funded grants, develop RFAs, convene workshops, support cohorts and biorepositories, promote data sharing and open science, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape scientific priorities.
