Temporary Events Assistant providing administrative and onsite support for 200+ events. Duties include scheduling, vendor coordination, inventory and event space upkeep, production collateral creation, Cvent badge checks, event setup and check-in, and light equipment moving across event spaces.

Manage logistics, planning, and execution for 200+ annual on-site and off-site events. Responsibilities include vendor negotiation, attendee registration (Cvent), travel and hotel coordination, budget reconciliation, on-site operations, inventory tracking (Sortly), and post-event wrap-up. Provide subject-matter guidance to event hosts and collaborate across departments.
