Supports commercial real estate credit distribution and loan syndication across senior loans, mezzanine debt, risk retention, private placements, and transitional lending partnerships. Responsibilities include financial modeling, pricing analysis, investor marketing, transaction coordination, partner management, pipeline and risk monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with originations, capital markets, credit, legal, sales, and securitization teams. The role also supports investor outreach, allocation, due diligence, documentation, and closing execution.

Support underwriting and closing of CMBS and CRE CLO securitizations by performing due diligence, financial and tenant analysis, populating and reconciling Excel data tapes, preparing asset and market summaries, clearing accounting exceptions, and managing client interactions across multiple transactions and tight deadlines.

The Executive Director, Originations will oversee debt originations, manage investment team relationships, negotiate loans, and evaluate investment opportunities in commercial real estate.
