Review and approve marketing materials, ensure SEC and FINRA compliance (including Marketing Rule), manage regulatory filings (Form ADV, Form PF), design policies and procedures, lead compliance projects, and improve workflows using technology and AI while partnering with business and engineering stakeholders.
