Coordinates the Firm’s paper and digital records lifecycle, including file reviews, case rooms, storage retrieval, archival, destruction, retention, and quality control. Provides guidance and training to attorneys and business services professionals, promotes records-management best practices, supports departmental projects, and ensures compliance with Firm procedures. The role is onsite and involves frequent physical activity, including lifting or carrying up to 30 pounds.

Provides onsite technology support for a law firm, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, mobile devices, audiovisual systems, and security interfaces. Handles support tickets, application assistance, equipment installation and repair, inventory, user access changes, technology training, and remote or off-site setups. Maintains documentation, supports data rooms and networking, follows security practices, and delivers customer service to attorneys and business professionals.

Provides high-level administrative and project support to attorneys, including complex travel coordination, calendaring, document management, time and expense reporting, conference and meeting coordination, vendor invoices, client and visitor reception, and business development assistance. The role also supports new matter and conflicts processes, troubleshoots basic hardware and software issues, coordinates with firm offices and departments, and handles confidential tasks and special projects in a hybrid New York office environment.
