Manages firmwide employment compliance, including monitoring employment laws, updating policies and handbooks, overseeing mandatory training, statutory reporting, federal contractor requirements, and HRIS-related compliance changes. Leads a compliance team, partners with legal counsel and international offices, supports reporting and audits, manages risk and process improvements, and supervises employees.

Supports mobile technology services across global offices, including carrier accounts, device provisioning, replacements, line management, invoicing, inventory tracking, MDM activities, and onboarding/offboarding. Coordinates with vendors, HR, People Operations, and technical teams; maintains mobile databases and knowledge articles; monitors costs and inventory; handles service requests; and recommends process improvements. The role requires strong organization, analysis, communication, discretion, and reliable on-site presence when needed.

Manages people strategy for law firm practice groups, including career development, performance management, attorney staffing, resource planning, communications, organizational change, and operational efficiency. Partners with firm leaders and HR centers of excellence to implement talent initiatives, support attorney development, monitor utilization and budgets, and align practice-group goals with firmwide strategy.
