Lead development of Skai's Full Funnel Display product by defining long-term strategy, researching market and customer needs, and collaborating with data scientists, UX, and R&D to prioritize backlog and deliver adtech features (audience targeting, CTV, DSP integrations, budget optimization). Represent product to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, driving net revenue retention and expansion through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and executive relationship development. Translate Skai's AI/agentic product suite into business value, lead discovery and negotiations, partner with Client Success and Product, and maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.

Designs and delivers global revenue enablement programs for sales and client-facing teams. Creates training, playbooks, battlecards, onboarding and certifications; manages competitive intelligence; partners with product marketing and stakeholders to roll out product and go-to-market initiatives; measures program effectiveness and reinforces adoption through manager resources and ongoing practice.
