Lead clinic sales and client service by delivering personalized skincare consultations, driving product and service sales, coordinating scheduling, supporting store operations, coaching staff, and maintaining client retention and safety standards in a fast-paced retail clinic.

Lead sales floor performance and client experience by meeting sales/conversion goals, coaching peers, supporting onboarding, executing opening/closing and inventory tasks, maintaining merchandising and cleanliness, enforcing compliance and safety, and providing occasional cross-clinic coverage.

Lead sales floor to meet daily sales and conversion goals, deliver client education on products and treatments, support retention programs, execute opening/closing and inventory tasks, coach and onboard team members, ensure operational compliance, and provide occasional coverage at other clinics. Requires weekend and flexible part-time availability.
