The Program Manager will oversee implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement Customers, manage contracts, and ensure successful integration of Skydio's platform. The role requires technical knowledge, project planning, risk management, and collaboration with various teams.

Manage onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewals, and expansions for public safety enterprise customers across the South Central US. Serve as technical customer advocate, run business reviews, track implementations, drive product feedback to engineering, and manage a book of ~20 accounts with ~40% travel.

Lead technical implementations and deployments of cloud-connected drone systems across enterprise customer sites. Install, configure, test, and maintain hardware and software, troubleshoot connectivity (WiFi/cellular), document procedures, manage implementation projects, and act as customer technical liaison to drive adoption and feedback to product and engineering teams.
