Own a Western U.S. territory of mid-sized public safety agencies and manage full-cycle, quota-carrying sales. Responsibilities include generating pipeline, running discovery through procurement and approval, building stakeholder consensus, navigating council or commission approvals, competing against incumbent platforms, selling with channel partners, forecasting, and handing off awarded accounts. The role requires daily AI-tool usage, disciplined qualification, frequent travel, and close collaboration with sales, government relations, marketing, and mission success teams.

Owns a DHS customer portfolio from contract award through delivery, onboarding, operational adoption, renewals, and expansion. Coordinates hardware fulfillment, training, support, RMAs, customer health, QBRs, and contract compliance while partnering with Sales, Engineering, Product, Security, and Field Support. The role requires experience with DHS components, UAS and ISR operations, federal acquisition structures, complex technology deployments, and multiple strategic accounts. Travel to field locations and border sectors may reach 50%.

Own a high-volume Eastern U.S. public safety sales territory focused on small-city agencies. Generate pipeline, run full-cycle quota-carrying deals, conduct discovery and demonstrations, manage procurement and approval, negotiate with stakeholders, and close contracts. Sell with channel partners and cross-functional teams, maintain accurate forecasts, use AI tools for research and pipeline analysis, and transition awarded accounts to Mission Success. Travel at least 50% and identify promising opportunities for larger account teams.
