Own end-to-end commercial drone deployments, including planning, pilots, scaled rollouts, operational handoffs, and post-launch stabilization. Manage cross-functional hardware, software, operational, regulatory, logistical, schedule, dependency, and risk workstreams. Partner with customers to develop procedures, safety controls, training, maintenance, and support plans, while coordinating internal teams and translating field requirements into product and engineering deliverables.

Manage marketing operations across campaign execution, digital customer journeys, lead lifecycle programs, segmentation, routing, reporting, and data governance. Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and growth teams to reduce buying friction, improve campaign processes, document and train teams on operational workflows, and increase confidence in marketing data. The role also provides strategic guidance and manages nurture, reactivation, scoring, and trigger-based engagement programs.

Leads enterprise site-security technology evaluations, ROI analysis, pilot-to-scale deployments, operating models, governance, and performance measurement. Manages a portfolio of strategic initiatives, budgets, vendors, resources, and executive reporting while aligning Product, Engineering, Security, IT, Manufacturing, and Business Operations. Builds and mentors a program management team and drives operational adoption, continuous improvement, and measurable business outcomes across distributed commercial security operations.
