Designs and governs end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Life Sciences, Health, Service, and Data Clouds. Leads client discovery, requirements workshops, architecture documentation, data and security modeling, automation, integrations, presales scoping, and delivery oversight. Guides Apex and LWC development, MuleSoft integrations, CI/CD, environment strategy, and regulated life sciences validation. Provides technical leadership to distributed implementation teams in a fully remote, client-facing role.

Supports operational management of the Veeva Practice by coordinating resource assignments, tracking project hours, budgets, schedules, utilization, and staffing. Maintains resource profiles, certifications, training records, and project documentation. Produces capacity, utilization, certification, and financial reports while reconciling timesheet and project data with Finance and project leadership. Identifies staffing, scheduling, budget, and compliance risks and supports forecasting, onboarding, offboarding, and training planning.

Designs and leads OneTrust Consent Management and Data Discovery architectures for life sciences clients. Integrates OneTrust with Salesforce, Veeva, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS; creates ERDs, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams; translates privacy requirements into technical designs; leads configuration with admins and developers; collaborates with legal, compliance, IT, and delivery teams; supports pre-sales workshops and client engagements. Requires approximately 10–20% travel.
