Provide L2 technical support and deskside services for Windows endpoints and Microsoft cloud identity/productivity platforms. Manage device imaging, enrollment, Intune/Endpoint Manager policies, app deployments, patching, BitLocker, hardware break/fix, IMACs, and basic AV/meeting-room support. Document work in ITSM, follow ITIL 4 practices, maintain asset inventory, and escalate to L3/vendors when required.

Provide front-desk and vendor support, manage office supplies, inventory and common spaces, coordinate facilities and subcontractors, prepare/edit/proofread documents, and support project managers, accounting, and HR while handling last-minute requests accurately.

Lead and manage architectural and industrial acoustics projects, prepare proposals and technical reports, perform field work, present to clients, support business development, mentor junior staff, and coordinate multidisciplinary deliverables across projects.
