The Director of Business Development/Sales will build and lead a proactive B2B sales function across engineering, controls, energy, HVAC, and workforce training services. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, closing contracts, value-based selling, CRM implementation, sales reporting, cross-divisional growth, and key account relationship management. The role requires a proven sales hunter with technical solutions-selling experience and must be located within 50 miles of New York City.

Lead the Design Engineering group by managing staff, technical standards, project delivery, resource allocation, and financial performance. Oversee complex mission-critical mechanical projects, central plant and HVAC design, and serve as Engineer of Record. Mentor teams, resolve technical and project issues, support strategic growth, manage client relationships, and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, profitability, and utilization targets.
