Lead deployed aviation operations on an AFRICOM contract, coordinate personnel and subcontractors, ensure aircraft availability and logistics, liaise with government POCs, enforce safety and host-nation standards, report metrics, and manage on-site mission execution during rotational OCONUS deployments.

Supports travel authorization and purchase initiation requests by coordinating with project staff, subcontractors, procurement, finance, contracts, and government representatives. Maintains trackers, documentation, action items, deadlines, and reporting inputs. Ensures adherence to standardized processes, identifies recurring issues, and supports process improvement. The role is remote and requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and independent work.

Reconcile financial reports, statements, and accounts; prepare journal vouchers using standardized Excel spreadsheets; investigate G-Invoicing discrepancies; and track accounting events tied to procurement and payment cycles. The role supports an accounting department at a hybrid Ft. Meade, Maryland customer site and requires an active Secret clearance, accounting expertise, ERP experience, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
