Lead day-to-day delivery of enterprise AI projects, manage plans, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication. Maintain Jira and documentation, run project cadences, resolve blockers, report progress to customers, build technical fluency in agents/RAG/knowledge bases/classification/extraction, and partner on project financials and closeout.

Lead and scale Snorkel AI's technical recruiting function: build and manage a team of recruiters and sourcers, own hiring strategy and operating model, partner with technical leaders, design sourcing and pipeline strategies, use data to optimize hiring metrics, coach interviewers, and represent the company externally to attract top technical and AI talent.

Lead and grow a forward-deployed research team while doing hands-on technical work with strategic accounts. Scope training data needs, design RL environments, build evaluation frameworks, set spec and delivery standards, partner with sales and engineering, and handle high-stakes technical escalations.
