Lead and scale coding supply for DaaS: forecast talent needs, build supply ahead of demand, own supply performance and dashboards, optimize allocation and incentives, scale channels and mitigate supply risks, and partner cross-functionally to align supply with business priorities.

Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and scoping, design GenAI solution architectures, build bespoke demos and prototypes (RAG, fine-tuning, agents), author proposals and SOWs, capture reusable patterns into reference assets, and support handoffs to delivery teams. Requires up to 25% annual travel.
