Support the Director & Senior Curator in planning, producing, and implementing exhibitions, residencies, performances, and public programs. Manage administrative tasks, artist liaison, production scheduling, venue maintenance, marketing support, budgeting/expense tracking, and event logistics. Provide hands-on installation, supervise production personnel, and represent the organization at studio visits and off-site events. Weekend and evening availability required.

Deliver inclusive, public-facing educational programs and tours across indoor and outdoor settings; manage logistics, safety, and site readiness; engage diverse audiences; supervise interns and volunteers; track participation and communicate with supervisors. Requires physical stamina and adaptability for variable schedules and weather.

Provide welcoming, inclusive visitor services across admissions and event stations. Handle ticketing, memberships, donations, and cash/credit transactions; maintain accurate financial records, signage, and supplies; promote programs and assist with directions. Support inventory, reporting, training, and site cleanliness; work outdoors as needed and complete required F-03 certification.
