Provides broad legal and operational support to the General Counsel, including contract review and administration, employment matters, insurance, litigation, claims, legal records, outside counsel coordination, and department reporting. Manages contract and document systems, tracks obligations and deadlines, supports workflow improvements and automation, and assists with AI-enabled legal processes. Design, develop, and deploy NLP and conversational AI models for chatbot and enterprise systems. Build end-to-end ML pipelines, optimize model performance, integrate models into production with backend teams, document workflows, and stay current with AI advancements.
