Direct proposal development for SOCOTEC’s Buildings & Real Estate team by managing proposal teams, schedules, content, compliance, presentations, revisions, branding, training, and lessons-learned processes. Collaborate with internal staff, partners, and subconsultants to produce persuasive, high-quality submissions and improve win rates. Develop technical proposals, estimates, and final submission materials while managing multiple deadlines and resources.

Leads construction code and planning projects from initiation through municipal approval and final sign-off. Manages project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, reporting, and client communications. Coordinates architects, engineers, contractors, internal teams, and municipal agencies while ensuring permitting, code compliance, and approval requirements are met. Serves as the primary client and project contact, resolves issues, maintains project records, and may supervise or mentor junior project managers.

Provides broad legal and operational support to the General Counsel, including contract review and administration, employment matters, insurance, litigation, claims, legal records, outside counsel coordination, and department reporting. Manages contract and document systems, tracks obligations and deadlines, supports workflow improvements and automation, and assists with AI-enabled legal processes. Requires discretion, strong organization, communication, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Conducts laboratory mechanical and materials testing, field testing, structural monitoring, and non-destructive evaluations. Installs sensors and data acquisition systems, analyzes test data, prepares technical reports, performs site inspections, manages projects, develops business opportunities, and communicates findings to clients and stakeholders.

Lead the creation of a centralized HR Operations and Total Rewards Center of Excellence. Design compensation philosophy, job architecture, benefits harmonization, and incentive programs. Drive HRIS consolidation onto ADP, establish HR data governance, build HR analytics and reporting, and partner with HRBPs to standardize policies and processes.

Manage and perform advanced building energy modeling and analysis (DOE-2.2/EnergyPlus), HVAC system modeling, audits, benchmarking, M&V, lifecycle cost and savings analyses, documentation and reporting, QA of team work, and client/stakeholder engagement on high-performance building projects.

Manage and perform advanced energy modeling and analysis for large commercial and residential buildings using DOE-2.2/EnergyPlus. Lead project delivery including auditing, benchmarking, M&V, lifecycle cost analyses, documentation, QA/QC of team work, stakeholder coordination, and report writing to recommend energy efficiency measures.

Lead facade design, detailing, analysis, and construction administration for building envelope projects. Advise clients/architects on performance, perform field reviews and inspections, produce drawings and reports, manage staff, budgets, and schedules, and support cross-functional project delivery.

Develop full-stack features using React frontends and Python (Django/FastAPI) backends, own services end-to-end, and contribute to AI-powered features (prompt engineering, RAG, LLM integrations). Participate in architecture discussions, write tested maintainable code, improve CI/CD and operational practices, and collaborate with DevOps and stakeholders to deliver production software.

Design, develop, and deploy NLP and conversational AI models for chatbot and enterprise systems. Build end-to-end ML pipelines, optimize model performance, integrate models into production with backend teams, document workflows, and stay current with AI advancements.
