Senior commercial leader responsible for leading regional Business Development teams, driving net-new revenue, expanding strategic accounts, and improving cross-selling. Oversees national proposal operations, CRM governance, pipeline management, pricing, forecasting, win-rate optimization, and commercial performance analytics. Partners with executive and cross-functional leaders on growth strategy, change management, process standardization, AI and automation initiatives, and customer experience programs. The role is based in New York or Boston with four days in office and 20–30% travel.

Performs stress, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, structural, and finite element analyses for pressure vessels, piping, rotating equipment, bridges, and other structures. Conducts advanced materials testing, failure analysis, life assessment, and design consulting using industry codes and standards. Requires an engineering degree, relevant experience, strong communication skills, travel to project sites, and the ability to obtain security clearance for commercial nuclear plant work.

Full-stack Senior Software Engineer building React frontends and Python (Django/FastAPI) backends, owning services end-to-end, contributing to AI features (prompting, RAG, LLM integrations), and improving CI/CD, testing, and operational practices while collaborating with DevOps and business stakeholders.
