Teams at Socure

Leads data science for AML watchlist screening, developing multilingual NLP, entity resolution, information extraction, matching, risk-scoring, and graph-based detection systems. Builds data quality pipelines, evaluation frameworks, threshold tuning, backtesting, and production ML capabilities. Partners with Product and Engineering to deploy research at scale, leads technical initiatives, mentors peers, and translates model performance into compliance and business outcomes.

Owns Socure’s end-to-end performance management operating system, including goal-setting, feedback, recognition, reviews, calibration, and talent planning partnerships. The role administers performance platforms, develops manager enablement materials, analyzes people data, uses AI-enabled tools to improve workflows, and collaborates with HR, Total Rewards, HR technology, and business leaders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Serves as the primary technical contact across sales cycles and implementations for identity verification products. Responsibilities include presenting solutions, designing proof-of-concepts, developing SOWs and pricing, translating technical concepts, coordinating stakeholders, advising clients, gathering product feedback, supporting sales engagements, contributing to thought leadership, and mentoring junior consultants. The role requires enterprise software experience, SaaS sales knowledge, strong technical aptitude, statistical communication skills, and up to 30% travel.
