As a Senior Staff Data Scientist, you'll leverage data analysis and ML models to support SoFi's Home Loans growth. This includes high-level technical leadership, mentoring, stakeholder communication, and building data pipelines.

Produce and edit multimedia educational content (articles, emails, scripts, social) from briefs; manage end-to-end compliance submissions and approvals; keep trackers and workstreams organized; take meeting notes and route drafts; implement AI-enabled drafting and workflows to accelerate content production while preserving quality.

Support podcast and video production for The Important Part: Investing with Liz Thomas. Edit scripts, provide live production feedback, QA audio/video, manage YouTube uploads and metadata, own content calendar and compliance submissions, and implement AI-augmented workflows to speed production and improve discovery.

Edit, assign, and write high-quality personal finance newsletter stories; fact-check, line-edit, manage editorial calendar, collaborate with writers, compliance, and cross-functional partners; research topics and responsibly leverage AI to accelerate workflow.

The Staff Fraud Analyst develops fraud strategies, optimizes detection processes using SQL and Python, and influences stakeholders to balance security and UX for financial transactions.

Support and configure Workday Financials, build and maintain complex financial reports, manage integrations and ETL, perform release testing and production support, deliver training, and partner with finance and engineering to design scalable reporting solutions.

The Senior Content Strategist will lead SoFi's newsletter program, ensuring alignment with audience needs and business performance through strategic vision, audience insights, and innovative content solutions, while leveraging data and AI tools.
