Lead tax information reporting and withholding compliance across domestic and international frameworks, including FATCA, CRS, CARF, DAC7, and U.S. tax rules. Advise product teams on digital asset reporting, oversee tax documentation, withholding, remittance, and annual filings, and partner with technology and operations teams on automated workflows. Lead audits, risk remediation, policy updates, regulatory monitoring, and business requirements development for tax systems.

Own and grow employer and workplace partnerships through onboarding, activation, optimization, renewal, and expansion. Build success plans, engagement campaigns, business reviews, and data-driven recommendations while managing escalations, renewals, compliance, and cross-functional execution. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Benefits, Payroll, and executive stakeholders, using Salesforce and reporting tools to track performance, risks, opportunities, and next steps. Serve as a strategic finance partner for a subscription business by leading forecasting, monitoring KPIs, building cohort and unit economics models, evaluating investments, and providing actionable insights. Collaborate with business leaders, Marketing, Product, Risk, Operations, and Accounting on financial decisions, revenue recognition, process improvements, scalability, and automation. Develops and validates machine learning and statistical models for anti-money laundering, transaction monitoring, customer screening, and risk rating. The role evaluates AML data quality, integrates vendor solutions, maintains governance and regulatory documentation, leads model lifecycle quality control, and reports performance through management dashboards.
