Builds AI-assisted offensive security capabilities for reconnaissance, exploit development, attack-path analysis, testing, and reporting. Personally contributes to network, application, cloud, mobile, AI, and adversary-emulation engagements while hiring, coaching, and developing the team and partnering with engineering, risk, vulnerability management, and incident response.

The Staff Fraud Analyst develops fraud strategies, optimizes detection processes using SQL and Python, and influences stakeholders to balance security and UX for financial transactions.

Leads the people strategy for Global Operations, advising senior leaders on performance, compensation, development, employee relations, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness. Manages and develops a team of People Business Partners, uses workforce data to guide decisions, coaches executives, implements people solutions, ensures compliance, and collaborates with People Team centers of excellence.
