Sources, screens, interviews, and recruits candidates across multiple business functions. Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, coordinates interviews and onboarding, posts jobs, manages applications in ATS tools, and develops active and passive candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, agencies, social media, job boards, and research. The role is local to New York City with an expectation of working onsite two to three days per week.

Drive complex sales opportunities by developing solutions, financial models, and business cases. Support RFPs, negotiate contracts, collaborate with technical teams, and present executive-level proposals. Enable GTM activities, build partner/customer relationships, and transition won deals to program management.

Work on consulting teams to solve client business problems by developing analytical and AI-enabled solutions, creating documentation and visualizations, presenting findings, supporting project plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Use SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and Microsoft PowerPoint to deliver insights and enable account teams.
