Investigate customer workflow failures using logs, browser tools, APIs, and code; implement and verify fixes; build custom integrations and production software; support customer onboarding; and translate technical issues into clear explanations. The role combines software engineering with customer-facing problem solving, occasional travel, and collaboration with Customer Success. Candidates should have strong programming foundations, web technology knowledge, adaptability across complex systems, curiosity, and excellent communication skills.

Own the enterprise sales cycle as a founding Solutions Engineer, supporting account executives in complex six- and seven-figure deals. Establish customer relationships, demonstrate AI automation value, expand accounts, and help enterprise leaders adopt transformative technology. Partner with the CRO and founders to develop sales positioning, processes, go-to-market strategy, team standards, and organizational culture.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from self-sourced pipeline generation through closing complex six- and seven-figure deals. Build and expand strategic customer relationships, sell AI-powered automation to enterprise leaders, develop the sales playbook with the CRO and founders, and help establish the company’s sales team, culture, and go-to-market strategy.
