The manager will hire and mentor creative strategists, designers, editors, and operations staff while improving creative velocity, hit rates, and acquisition performance.

Provide proactive legal counsel to Product and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle, implement privacy-by-design, lead privacy assessments (including AI features), draft and maintain user-facing product legal documents, advise on data-sharing/vendor integrations and ad/marketing compliance, and build playbooks to scale product operations while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
