Owns direct-response video advertising across YouTube, CTV, and Meta. Own the operational infrastructure for partnerships and M&A, including Attio CRM administration, data migration, workflow automation, target mapping, scoring models, pipeline reporting, and repeatable processes. Build trusted systems and insights for corporate development while coordinating with Product, Data, Legal, Growth, and Clinical Operations. Maintain accurate data, improve workflows, track targets, and support partner and acquisition lifecycle execution.

Leads a team of engineers while remaining hands-on with production development. Responsibilities include architecting major initiatives, building full-stack features and APIs, maintaining system reliability, driving releases, setting engineering standards, mentoring and managing engineers, conducting code reviews, supporting hiring, and partnering with product and design.
