The Director, Institutional Growth will develop partnerships with financial institutions, drive product adoption, and facilitate growth for tokenized assets on Solana.

Qualify and triage inbound developer and integration leads for the Solana Developer Platform and API products. Route leads to appropriate teams, maintain CRM records, surface product insights from conversations, follow up post-handoff, prepare pipeline summaries, and collaborate cross-functionally to unblock integrations.

Lead DeFi growth for the Americas by owning protocol partnerships, institutional adoption, liquidity and incentive program design, trader relations, retail growth campaigns, and cross-functional execution. Measure and own TVL, volume, counterparties onboarded, and program ROI from thesis to post-mortem.
