Lead end-to-end M&A for an evergreen software holding company: develop M&A strategy, source targets, underwrite deals with financial models, manage due diligence and third-party vendors, negotiate transactions and financing, and support post-close integration and management teams.

The VP of Finance will manage financial strategy, oversee acquisitions, improve financial processes, and lead the finance team across multiple software portfolio companies.

Lead and own financial and operational performance across a cluster of portfolio software companies. Set and defend KPIs and targets, allocate capital and attention, develop and manage General Managers, support M&A diligence and integration, provide strategic finance and governance, and represent cluster performance to leadership and investors.
