Manage and grow customer accounts within an assigned territory by delivering Solenis water and hygiene solutions, supporting customer needs, building relationships, and contributing to sales targets. Serve as a technical and commercial resource to improve customers operational efficiency, product quality, and environmental outcomes.

Lead optimization of the North American microbiology product portfolio to improve margins and competitiveness. Drive product rationalization, pricing strategy, supply-cost reductions, and regional supply strategies. Partner with sales, marketing, R&D, procurement, and supply chain to support commercialization, high-value deals, and manufacturing decisions. Coach sales/marketing, manage supplier relationships, and guide new product development to increase win rates and profitability.

Lead regional Strategic Business Unit product strategy and execution to drive profitable growth. Manage product portfolio, pricing, lifecycle, forecasting, and multi-generational roadmap. Partner with supply chain, procurement, sales, regulatory, and technical teams on cost management, proposals, new product introductions, and regional production strategy. Maintain price book and support regional SBU forecasting and tactical product actions.
