Teams at Solstice

Provide technical support for refrigerant applications in chiller systems, handle inquiries from end users/OEMs/contractors, support sales/marketing/R&D, perform site surveys, support retrofits and field trials, manage cylinder fleet documentation, and present at trade shows.

Lead and build a global technical services organization for refrigerant products. Manage vertical technical experts, handle customer inquiries via SFDC, support sales and marketing, present to end users and trade groups, collaborate with R&D and product development, and run internal/external training and inspection programs.

Lead strategic accounts for foams, aerosols, and solvents (FAS), manage key customer relationships, develop new business, own forecasting and account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, negotiate long-term agreements, and mentor account managers. Role requires ~50% travel within US/Canada and working closely with supply chain, legal, finance, and engineering.
