Senior Commercial Counsel will partner with Sales and leadership to negotiate enterprise SaaS, procurement, partnership, and strategic agreements. The role manages high-volume transactions, develops contract templates and negotiation frameworks, advises on privacy and data protection matters, and helps implement AI-enabled legal operations. The attorney will support a growing technology company while balancing commercial objectives and legal risk.

Senior commercial counsel will report to the General Counsel, negotiate diverse commercial agreements, develop contract templates and legal workflows, and advise stakeholders on healthcare, privacy, data governance, marketing, and regulatory matters. The role will support HIPAA/HITECH, business associate agreements, fraud and abuse compliance, AI governance, product counseling, and corporate priorities. This New York City position requires five days per week in the SoHo office and offers substantial autonomy in a rapidly growing healthcare technology company.

Leads the global legal function, managing a seven-person team and advising senior executives. Responsibilities include IPO readiness, corporate governance across approximately 50 global entities, legal department modernization, AI and legal technology implementation, process development, outside counsel management, and practical risk-focused business guidance. The role requires substantial private practice and in-house experience, strong corporate governance expertise, global legal experience, and a U.S. law license.
