Serve as the company's first U.S. attorney by bringing U.S. litigation expertise into product development. Advise clients' in-house teams, analyze litigation data and trends, design workflow templates and legal content for the platform, and partner with product, engineering, and leadership to ensure the technology reflects real-world litigation practice.

Lead day-to-day operations for a national, tech-forward law firm: manage managing attorneys, budgeting and finance, develop systems and initiatives to enable attorneys to deliver legal services across states, lead legal operations strategy and cross-functional projects, track program metrics, and coach senior staff. Remote role reporting to the Principal Attorney with some travel among offices.

Provide product-focused legal counsel across the full product lifecycle, advising on AI/ML, privacy, IP, and open-source issues; draft and negotiate technology licensing and integration agreements; support trademark, acquisitions integration, and incident response; help build privacy-by-design practices and shape product legal function as it scales.
