Legal Counsel will support US expansion by negotiating complex B2B SaaS agreements, advising AI and engineering teams on product risks, managing privacy and security compliance across jurisdictions, and developing scalable legal policies and processes. The role partners with executive leadership and addresses novel generative AI legal issues in a fast-growing technology startup.

Bring USPTO examiner experience to product development: shape examiner-facing features, support onboarding and examiner relationships, advise on global patent-office workflows (USPTO/EPO), and partner with patent attorneys to deploy Solve's examiner tools.

Build and run Solve's global events function end-to-end: strategy, flagship annual event, conferences, hackathons, recruiting and community events. Own ROI, vendor and budget management, logistics, and integration of event data into GTM and talent systems (HubSpot, Ashby). Use AI and automation to scale operations and connect events to pipeline, working cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, Talent and leadership.
