Lead the Client Services function during a 6–8 month maternity cover, overseeing account teams, ensuring client relationships, commercial health, project delivery quality, team development, and supporting new business and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead multiple client accounts end-to-end, owning relationships, SOWs, budgets, staffing, timelines and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams, drive project execution, report on performance, mentor junior staff, and identify growth and upsell opportunities while representing the agency to clients.

Manage day-to-day resourcing and operations for Spatial and Graphic Design teams. Plan and allocate designers, maintain project visibility and timelines, identify risks, coordinate reviews and approvals, improve studio processes, support cross-functional delivery, onboarding, and team utilization to enable high-quality creative output.
