Manage the data architecture and administration of Sona's go-to-market data systems, ensuring clean data flow across platforms and integrations while maintaining data quality and reporting infrastructures.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-to-enterprise US frontline customers (Hospitality or Retail). Drive revenue, build executive relationships, forecast and manage pipeline, represent Sona at events, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer, and Product to refine onboarding and product-market fit.
