Lead end-to-end US hiring for NYC and Austin, building the US talent function for go-to-market roles. Own sourcing, interviewing, offers, employer brand, hiring processes, and use AI to improve hiring speed and quality while scaling a fast-moving startup.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-to-enterprise US frontline customers (Hospitality or Retail). Drive revenue, build executive relationships, forecast and manage pipeline, represent Sona at events, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer, and Product to refine onboarding and product-market fit.
