Provides executive-level administrative support to senior investment professionals while managing day-to-day operations of a 10–20 person Greenwich office. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel coordination, meeting and presentation preparation, expense processing through Workday, vendor and facilities coordination, inventory management, invoice processing, and backup coverage for office managers and executive assistants. The role also supports ad hoc projects and requires discretion, organization, flexibility, strong communication, and advanced PowerPoint skills.

Own the architecture and development of a firm-wide investment risk platform. Design scalable data models, risk aggregation, VaR and expected shortfall analytics, and intraday and end-of-day processing. Develop production systems in Python and SQL, deploy workloads on AWS and Kubernetes, improve performance and reliability, and lead design reviews. Partner with risk managers, portfolio managers, quants, and technology leaders while mentoring engineers and resolving complex production issues.

Develop and evaluate derivatives pricing models across equity and fixed income products; conduct alpha research, relative value analysis, backtesting, and signal implementation; build real-time P&L, risk, and analytics tools; assess model limitations; and advise portfolio managers and risk teams on practical model usage and business impact.
