Lead global product vision, strategy, and roadmap for client-facing and internal tools. Build and scale a high-performing product organization, drive discovery-to-launch lifecycle, set KPIs, champion customer needs, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-traffic consumer marketplace experiences.

Underwrite and manage a portfolio of art-backed loans, including credit analysis, collateral evaluation, approval memo preparation, diligence, funding, renewals, servicing, and risk monitoring. The role manages client relationships and coordinates with auction departments, insurers, warehouses, shippers, museums, and restorers. It also presents recommendations to leadership, oversees collateral status, and helps improve lending processes while managing multiple transactions and deadlines.

Provide high-level executive assistance including scheduling, travel, meeting coordination, correspondence, invoicing, consignment and post-sale logistics, client and stakeholder liaison, research and reporting, and cross-office collaboration to support one to three executives in Sotheby’s art business.
