Owns and drives the roadmap for internal workflow products, partnering with stakeholders, design, engineering, QA, and business teams. Responsibilities include defining requirements, prioritizing work, conducting user research, using data to guide decisions, communicating product impact, and driving adoption. The role requires translating complex business logic into efficient solutions while aligning near-term product plans with broader company strategy and understanding the art auction market.

Supports Sotheby’s Books and Manuscripts Department by evaluating and researching works, preparing valuations and auction catalogues, coordinating consignments, maintaining property and client records, and assisting with sale production. The role includes client correspondence, catalogue writing and proofreading, exhibition support, bidder inquiries, auction administration, photography, and pre- and post-sale coordination. Weekend and overtime work may be required.

Manage partnerships with global brands, execute marketing deals, develop pitches, and compile reports while supporting the global team and overseeing invoicing.
