Provide transactional legal support for art-backed loans and consignor advances: draft, review and negotiate loan, credit and security documents; conduct due diligence and closings; advise on cross-jurisdictional structuring; develop playbooks and templates; train business partners; partner on process improvements and manage outside counsel and counterparties.
