Oversees platform configuration, inventory health, forecasting, delivery, reporting, troubleshooting, QA, and operational documentation. Lead SoundCloud’s global internal communications strategy and executive communications while managing the migration and launch of its next-generation intranet. Oversee governance, content strategy, stakeholder alignment, employee adoption, internal editorial channels, company events, employer branding, executive counsel, DEI communications, and engagement measurement. The role coordinates cross-functional teams across People, IT, Cybersecurity, Brand, Finance, and Webflow to improve employee connectivity and experience.
