Technical lead and hands-on software engineer for Sourcegraph’s Code Plane team. Owns technical and product direction across Batch Changes, Agentic Batch Changes, Code Monitors, Code Insights, and the src CLI. Leads architecture, roadmap sequencing, quality practices, customer-focused product development, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring engineers and contributing to backend, frontend, and AI-agent systems. Requires experience building agent-callable products, evaluating coding agents, and shipping developer tools in distributed teams.

Staff-level ML and agent systems engineer responsible for production model lifecycles, multi-step agentic systems, evaluations, retrieval and context engineering, and model cost and latency optimization. The role owns technical direction for Code Understanding products, improves model and agent quality, establishes evaluation and monitoring standards, mentors engineers, collaborates with customers, and delivers reliable AI-powered developer experiences at enterprise scale.

Manage a portfolio of 20–30 enterprise and commercial accounts, driving product adoption, monitoring health and usage data, identifying renewal and expansion opportunities, and leading customer trainings, demos, business reviews, and QBRs. Partner with account executives and field engineers, communicate customer feedback internally, and help developers realize measurable value from Sourcegraph’s technical SaaS products.
