Serve as liaison between finance stakeholders and finance technology teams to elicit and document requirements, design solutions, manage projects, support testing and vendor interactions, and implement finance system changes to improve processes and reporting.

Lead and grow the ServiceNow Platform Operations team, manage daily platform workflows, intake, ticket triage, SLA monitoring, sprint planning, vendor coordination, UAT and maintenance cycles, and drive process improvement and automation to ensure reliable ServiceNow operations aligned with university priorities.

Evaluate student project submissions using predefined rubrics, provide specific actionable feedback, maintain curriculum knowledge, respond to students within 48 hours, support academic integrity and quality assurance, and participate in team meetings and reviewer community activities.
