Transform commission and enrollment data into repeatable financial analyses, connect operating drivers to revenue and cash flow, and provide executives with clear recommendations. Partner with sales, operations, product, data, and an outsourced finance team to improve reporting and financial decision-making.

Own high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurable results. Analyze business performance, develop financial models and business cases, advise executives, improve operational processes, and lead change management for new systems and workflows. The role requires influencing stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, and other teams while helping establish scalable operating rhythms.

Lead Technical Operations for an AWS-native, HIPAA/CMS-regulated platform: own DevOps, security/compliance (SOC2/HIPAA), IT, observability, incident response, and AI-enabled automation. Build policies, tooling, and a small team; partner with engineering and product; drive uptime, MTTR, deployment frequency, and audit readiness.
