Build and maintain revenue reporting, forecasting, dashboards, and KPI infrastructure for sales and success teams. Administer and improve the CRM and sales technology stack, support quota and compensation administration, improve lead routing and pipeline hygiene, run deal desk reviews, and partner with Finance, Sales, Success, and Marketing. The role identifies operational gaps, drives process improvements, and helps leadership maintain a predictable, data-driven go-to-market engine.

Design data-rich workflows, interfaces, visualizations, and controls for brokers, agency leaders, and internal operations teams. Conduct user research, translate complex data into intuitive experiences, partner with Product, Engineering, and Data from discovery through launch, contribute to Spark’s design system, and incorporate AI into design workflows.

Manage end-to-end Medicare compliance cases, maintain case records, liaise with agents and carriers, conduct audits, provide agent coaching, and support reporting and process improvements to ensure regulatory adherence and audit readiness.
