Manage construction project costs, schedules, quantities, RFIs, invoicing, permits, safety documentation, and subcontractor coordination for a wastewater pumping station rehabilitation project. Monitor resources, production, budgets, and risks; update schedules and work plans; review technical documents; and recommend solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.

Manages daily office operations, reception, phone calls, mail, data entry, executive scheduling, meetings, travel logistics, presentations, supplies, facility readiness, employee inquiries, asset tracking, and clerical support. Coordinates with HR, payroll, vendors, and management while maintaining office records, conference rooms, communication equipment, and event calendars.

Performs treasury and cash management activities, bank reconciliations, journal entries, billing and collections reporting, variance analysis, cash-flow forecasting, accounts receivable operations, T&M billings, audit support, and internal-control compliance. Collaborates with accounting, accounts payable, payroll, project controls, and operations teams to maintain accurate financial reporting and transaction processing.
