Leads the National Enterprise Account Management team supporting advertising sales. Oversees campaign implementation, reporting, customer experience workflows, staffing, training, performance measurement, workload allocation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Yield, Ad Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Research. Develops strategic plans, coaches team members, supports client presentations, improves processes, and ensures effective TV and digital advertising solutions that drive revenue and meet customer objectives.

Manages national advertising accounts and advanced TV campaigns from planning through reporting. Partners with sales, clients, and cross-functional teams to develop proposals, targeting and measurement strategies, oversee campaign execution, ensure quality, analyze performance metrics, identify upsell opportunities, and improve customer experience. Serves as an advanced advertising subject matter expert while managing client relationships and supporting direct-sold and programmatic business.

Develops and implements SEO strategies, schema markup, structured data, and content briefs to improve traditional and AI-driven search visibility. Analyzes website and partner data, conducts keyword, competitor, and technical SEO audits, and monitors rankings, organic traffic, click-through rates, and AI search citations. Collaborates with web strategy, development, and content teams to identify opportunities, report trends, and recommend optimization actions.
