Manages Inside Plant Operations staff and critical telecommunications infrastructure across headends, hubs, colocations, and optical transport facilities. Oversees installation, construction, operation, repair, upgrades, activations, compliance, infrastructure support, budgeting, project execution, employee performance, and on-call operations. The role requires expertise in HFC, fiber optics, power systems, HVAC, FCC regulations, and related safety codes.

Leads a business sales team serving small and medium-sized businesses. Responsibilities include coaching account executives, managing territory and sales goals, monitoring funnels, recruiting and training staff, resolving customer issues, overseeing reporting, and maintaining knowledge of telecommunications products and market competition. The role is primarily field-based, with 80% of time spent supporting the sales team in the field and 20% on office administration.

Own enterprise data sales across Auto, Financial Services, and Travel/Hospitality. Build target-account lists, map complex buying committees, generate outbound opportunities, lead executive conversations, and close high-value multi-year enterprise deals. Translate advanced data applications into business value, collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product on proof-of-concepts, and manage opportunities from qualification through proposal and close.
