Develops, maintains, and monitors detailed project schedules for U.S. Navy torpedo production programs. Coordinates with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders; manages resources, dependencies, baselines, critical paths, progress updates, and variance analysis. Identifies schedule risks and mitigation strategies, prepares status reports, and uses Microsoft Project and related enterprise tools to support project planning, reporting, and schedule optimization.
