Teams at SPHERE

Leads enterprise software implementation programs from kickoff through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, resources, risks, and multiple concurrent workstreams. Serves as the primary stakeholder contact, coordinates implementation, support, sales, and product teams, and provides executive status reporting. Requires strong technical fluency in infrastructure and identity concepts, experience with strategic enterprise accounts, commercial service delivery, and navigating complex organizations. Periodic client-site travel is required.
